Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the hmd29 website accessible at https://hmd29.cam, including all associated services, features, games, and betting markets.
• "hmd29", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operating company behind the hmd29 Platform.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means a registered user account on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or any other non-cash incentive credited to an Account under a specific promotion.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any amount of real-money or bonus funds staked on any game, market, or event available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity-verification process required before withdrawal or as required by our compliance procedures.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all Platform operations, promotional deadlines, and customer-support hours unless otherwise stated.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency of the Platform.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the hmd29 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your Account:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. hmd29 enforces strict age verification and will suspend or permanently close any Account found to be held by an individual under 21 years of age.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or those legally declared incapable of managing their own affairs are not eligible to register.
3. Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. hmd29 does not represent that access is legal in all locations. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute do so at their own risk and legal responsibility.
4. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account. Maintaining multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balances associated with the duplicate Account(s).
5. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of any employee or contractor of hmd29 or any of its affiliated entities.

Account Registration

To access the full features of the hmd29 Platform, you must complete the registration process. By submitting a registration form, you agree to the following:

3.1 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number — must be accurate, complete, and current. hmd29 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information at any time.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify hmd29 support immediately at [email protected]. hmd29 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

3.3 Account Currency

Accounts registered on the hmd29 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Currency conversion is not available on the Platform at this time. All deposits, wagering, and withdrawals are conducted exclusively in IDR.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted to hold one Account only. If duplicate Accounts are detected, hmd29 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated Accounts without prior notice and to void any pending bets or bonus claims associated with those Accounts.

Identity Verification (KYC)

hmd29 is required to conduct identity verification on all Accounts as a condition of our operating licence and in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards.

4.1 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit:

• A clear photograph or scan of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian national identity card) or equivalent government-issued photo ID;
• A recent selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your BCA or BRI account showing your name and account number) where required by our compliance team.

4.2 Verification Timeline

hmd29 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 15 minutes during WIB business hours (08:00 – 22:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Complex cases may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC is completed on first withdrawal.

4.3 Refusal of Verification

Where hmd29 is unable to verify a User's identity to a satisfactory standard, we reserve the right to refuse withdrawal requests, restrict Account functionality, or permanently close the Account. Any real-money balance held at the time of closure will be returned to the original deposit source where reasonably practicable.

Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hmd29 accepts deposits via the following channels:

5.2 Own Funds Requirement

All funds deposited to hmd29 must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from accounts held by third parties will be refused and returned. hmd29 reserves the right to request proof of payment account ownership at any time.

5.3 Deposit Limits

Deposit limits may be set by Users voluntarily through the responsible gaming tools in Account Settings. hmd29 may also impose deposit limits in accordance with AML procedures or as part of a responsible gaming intervention.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

hmd29 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for fully verified Accounts using supported bank transfer or e-wallet methods. Processing times may be extended in exceptional circumstances or where additional compliance checks are required.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.3 Withdrawal to Original Method

Withdrawals will, where possible, be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. hmd29 reserves the right to require withdrawal to the same method used for deposit as an AML control measure.

6.4 Withdrawal Fees

hmd29 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Third-party bank or e-wallet transaction fees, where applicable, are outside hmd29's control and will be borne by the User.

6.5 Pending Wagering Requirements

Withdrawal requests submitted while bonus funds with active wagering requirements remain in the Account may result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds. Real-money balance accumulated independently of bonus activity is not subject to wagering restrictions.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by hmd29 are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that bonus only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion description. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 subject to a 10x wagering requirement requires the User to place cumulative bets totalling Rp 1.000.000 before any portion of that bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal.

7.3 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%) compared to standard slot games (typically 100%). Specific contribution rates are listed in the terms of each promotion.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

Any User found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to opening duplicate Accounts to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses, placing opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using prohibited software to exploit bonus mechanics — will have their bonus forfeited and their Account suspended. hmd29 reserves the right to recover amounts withdrawn as a result of bonus abuse.

7.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the specified promotional period will expire and be removed from the Account without notice. The expiry period applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion description.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

hmd29 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not confirmed until accepted and confirmed by the Platform. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, hmd29 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the User's Account.

8.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on the Platform at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet will be settled, provided the bet is accepted. hmd29 reserves the right to correct obvious errors in odds caused by technical malfunction or human error. Bets placed at materially incorrect odds may be voided.

8.3 Mix Parlay (Accumulator) Bets

Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets) require all selections to win for the bet to return a profit. Where one or more legs are voided (e.g., due to match postponement), the accumulator will be recalculated with the voided leg removed. Specific settlement rules for each sport are available in the Platform's betting rules section.

8.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) bets are subject to real-time odds changes. Once a live bet is accepted and confirmed, it will be settled at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. Delayed network connections may result in bets being placed at different odds than those originally viewed — the confirmed odds at server receipt will govern settlement.

8.5 RNG Games

All random-number-generator (RNG) games available on hmd29 use certified RNG systems independently audited for fairness. RTP figures for individual games are available within each game's help screen. hmd29 publishes aggregated RTP data monthly. Past results do not influence future outcomes — each spin, deal, or draw is statistically independent.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hmd29 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted by hmd29;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Users in any live game or betting market to manipulate outcomes;
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or acting as an agent for undisclosed principals;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or similar service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or concealing your identity;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing hmd29 staff or other Users via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the hmd29 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the property of hmd29 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from hmd29 is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

hmd29 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, error, or data loss. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily restrict access. hmd29 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and notify Users of planned maintenance in advance.

11.2 Loss of Data

hmd29 shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings, or any other indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11.3 User Decisions

All betting and gaming decisions are made by the User at their own risk. hmd29 provides information, odds, and tools to assist Users in making informed decisions but does not guarantee outcomes. Gambling involves financial risk and you may lose all funds deposited.

11.4 Maximum Liability

To the extent permitted by law, hmd29's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the net real-money deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

hmd29 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by incorporation. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• We collect only the data necessary for Platform operation, payment processing, KYC compliance, and responsible gaming purposes;
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes;
• You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected];
• Data is stored on encrypted servers in accordance with internationally recognised security standards.

Responsible Gaming

hmd29 is committed to responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via Account Settings;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per session or period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts at custom intervals during active play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of 7 days up to a permanent ban.

Suspension & Termination

14.1 Termination by hmd29

hmd29 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform, other Users, or hmd29's regulatory standing;
• The User has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.

14.2 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all compliance checks are satisfied. Pending bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hmd29 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits hmd29's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

Amendments to These Terms

hmd29 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
